What did people tell us about their experiences of using health and care services?

We asked people what was good about the care they received.

Staff and the care provided were mentioned the most.

Very good with online service for requesting appointment, phone call from relevant staff and in person appointments as needed.

We also asked what improvements people would like to see.

Wanting more face-to-face appointments came top, closely followed by access to GP appointments and communication.

They could make it easier for me to contact them by phone by using different times of the day other than 8am.
